Supporting our distribution partners and retailers with the tools that they need to be successful has been our #1 priority since our business launched. We maintain daily active communication with our local partners to closely monitor the sell through of our brands at store level. Managing by numbers, we focus our attention in the field to stores that are falling behind, providing real time training and support. We believe that an educated sales floor is a motivated sales environment and it is not uncommon to see a 10x increase in sales following a group or store level training session.

Within a traditional bricks and mortar environment we support brand building initiatives that increase awareness and/or educate at the point of sale.  Identifying the best r(e)tail strategy is business critical in a crowded and competitive environment. From simple banner advertising in stores, to experiential retail point of sale we identify and implement the right merchandising strategy to increase visibility, tell a story or educate in both assisted and unassisted retail environments. To support our omni channel approach to marketing, we leverage the same messaging content across social/marketplace and ecommerce (see below).

From asset creation, localization and regional implementation of an omni channel marketing strategy our digital teams in both EMEA and APAC bridge the gap between our brands, distributors, retailers, and ecommerce partners. From building compelling regional sell in presentations to social media posts, digital mailshots, A+ content for marketplaces and even shopify websites (D2C) they're probably the busiest teams in the business. 

Note that whilst we do not manage the online marketplaces directly - we support the creation of localized value added content ensuring that marketplace listings (largely driven through our distribution partners) are optimised to deliver a return on advertising spend. In this scenario we sit between the brand and the digital media agency that our partners have selected. We further support influencer selection and ambassador programs to drive consumer engagement.

With a razor sharp focus on sell through, the team not only manage daily coms, but deliver store level support to drive engagement and results. From Brisbane to Bangkok, our regional sales heads have all one thing in common - local experience. From Managing Director, to Founder and everything in between, we've all been there at the coal face delivering results for some of the worlds most recognisable brands.
