A LIFESTYLE CHOICE IN WORKING AND OWNING YOUR TIME

After the sale of my own consumer brand in 2018, I had three choices. 1. Start another brand, 2. Seek employment or 3. Work independently as a consultant.

In case you hadn't guessed, I chose the latter. Drawing on experience of working for leading brands, the formation and sale of my own brand, I set about replicating the success that I had enjoyed for others, have fun and support my family.

Just two years on we have a growing team, a best in class assortment of truly amazing brands and a pipeline of brands that will keep us busy well into the future. 

With our continued growth, we are now looking (carefully) for like minded business development professionals who "want to make a difference" and help shape the future direction of Hutton Agency.

We don't want to be just another employer - been there, done that. I've watched people clock in and clock out counting the hours before the work day ends. This is the last thing that we need now in the growth of our business.

We don't know everything and that understanding has resulted in our growth over the last 2 years. We listen carefully and take decisions as a team. It is the collective experience (and intelligence) of our partners that is helping to shape the direction that the business takes. 

The more experience that our business collects, the more we grow. Unlike a traditional employee/employer model, we share the success with the team. In joining Hutton Agency you become an associate Partner.

The business started in APAC, offering some of the most innovative brands a voice in local markets. We build brands, we don't sell products (although if we can do some of that along the way, we will all be smiling). In 2020 our business expanded to Europe. Our focus has always been lifestyle tech and accessories - although the divide between these is fast diminishing. 

Who are you? We look forward to finding that out.

We think that you should be - clever, fun loving and experienced in business development in any of the regions below that we have targeted for our recruitment drive. You have the relationships in place that will quickly scale our brand success in country. You are most certainly not a "day tripper" and understand that the more work you put into growing business, the more we all achieve. You want to be a part of shaping the future direction that our business takes and understand that reward comes through success. You are looking for something more meaningful in your work life than giving up your time.

Currently we are looking for talented sales people across Europe to join our business at an associate partner level. Associate partners play an instrumental role in the future of the business.

Particularly interested in speaking if you have experience in consumer electronics, travel products and related accessories or  if you have great relationships with national retail chains in these areas.
